Marassi Aquarium & Underwater Zoo offers fascinating insight into the world’s most mysterious marine life. You can visit us from Weekdays and Weekends from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

DO YOU ALLOW PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO SHOOTING INSIDE MARASSI AQUARIUM & UNDERWATER ZOO?
Yes. We do allow guests to take photographs and videos at Marassi Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. We also have a professional photography service throughout the journey.
However, please note that specific exhibits do not allow flash photography due to the health and safety of the animals. These are marked throughout your journey, and we urge you to respect the same.

WHAT ARE THE DAILY PRESENTATION TIMES?
We have presentations throughout the day; please ask a staff member for timings.

CAN I RE-ENTER?
The ticket grants you one entry only without time limitations! But please note that re-entries are not permitted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO EXPERIENCE MARASSI AQUARIUM & UNDERWATER ZOO?
We recommend visitors plan to allow at minimum 1 hour to explore our exhibits and programs, and welcome visitors to stay for as long as you like during the day, and operating hours, of your visit.

WILL YOU PROVIDE DISCOUNTS ON SCHOOLS, ORGANIZATIONS, FAMILIES AND EVEN DURING SPECIAL OCCASIONS SUCH AS EID HOLIDAYS, CHRISTMAS?
We offer different promotions throughout the year. Guests can contact our Ticketing staff for further information.

DO YOU HAVE SOUVENIRS THAT WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO WILL VISIT?
We have souvenirs available for sale at the Marassi Aquarium & Underwater Zoo Gifts & Souvenir store, which is located at the exit of Underwater Zoo. A range of T-shirts, gifts, and souvenirs are available for purchase.

DO YOU PROVIDE A TOUR GUIDE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
We currently do not have a guided tour for guests without prior bookings. Should this be requested, we may be able to accommodate it. We have several Educators available throughout the Marassi Aquarium & Underwater Zoo journey for guests to ask questions.
Guests can arrange a private tour through our Bookings Officer. However, it is subject to availability, and additional charges apply.

DOES MARASSI AQUARIUM & UNDERWATER ZOO SUPPORT ANY CORRESPONDENCE MARINE COURSES?
Currently, we do not offer any marine courses.
